What hidden fees are you not disclosing?

Absolutely none. You will not pay anything above your monthly dues and per transaction fee.

I am a brand new agent - What is the training like?

We offer mentorship programs (one-on-one) as well as on going training to help our agents grow professionally. 

I only speak in Spanish - Will I be accommodated?

Do I have to be licensed and Kentucky and Florida to join the firm?

No! You can join the firm as long as you are licensed on one of those two states.

If I am licensed in Florida and Kentucky - Do I pay two separate caps per state?

No! The cap goes with the individual not the state licenses. Your cap is 12 transactions a year regardless of the state you sell the properties. 

What do I need to do to Join EKH?

Anyone with a valid Florida Real Estate license or Kentucky Real Estate License may join.

You will need to become a member one of the local Realtor Associations in Florida or Kentucky.

I am with another brokerage, when I call you, will our conversation be confidential? 

Yes!!! Our conversations will be 100% confidentail.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract to become a member?

No, you may cancel your partnership with us anytime. Upon requested, your license will be released without delay.  

Do I have to join the Association of Realtors?

Yes. In order to have access to MLS and use the Realtor name and logos all EKH agents must join the one of the local Realtor Associations we are affiliated with in Florida OR Kentucky.

If I am married and my spouse has a Real Estate license, would we have to pay 2 separate caps?

No! Spouses are considered "one", therefore, the 12 transaction cap covers the married couple as one entity.
