Our Broker
Dolly is an award wining Licensed Principal Broker in the states of Kentucky and Florida. She was born and raised in Camaguey, Cuba. When she was 12, she moved to Miami, Florida to live with her father. After facing the harsh reality of leaving her family behind, including her mother and two sisters, Dolly suffered a difficult transitional period adjusting to life in a new country. After overcoming numerous, personal challenges, she was determined to make something of herself. Despite beginning her journey with several disadvantages, she never lost sight of her goals and always believed in her own potential. In 2015, Dolly discovered her passion for the Real Estate industry, and in 2018 she became a principal broker at her own firm, Elite KY Homes.

Since then, Dolly has been recognized as one of the most influential professionals in her Hispanic community, and one of the best Real Estate agents in the city of Louisville. At her firm, she has worked intentionally to hire like-minded people – hardworking agents with decisive attitudes and a dedication to helping the community. She is consistently using her talents in the industry to support Kentucky’s diverse population. She is active in several committees in the Louisville area, including the KYR Leadership and Young Professionals Network Committees, the GLAR Leadership and Young Professionals Network Committees, and the GLAR Professional Standards Committee. She currently lives in Tampa Florida with her baseball-loving husband, Romi, and her five children, Victor, Anthony, David, Romi, and Dolita.
